Variations and Additional Work

Any variations to the agreed work or additional work requested by the client will be charged at our current rates. We will provide a quotation for any additional work before proceeding, and obtain client approval.

Timeframes

We will make every effort to complete the work within the timeframes agreed. However, timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.
